MSFC Scribe Notes for Registration Audit February 1998

by National Quality Assurance, Inc.(NQA) for the dates of February 25th to the
27th.
Please note there are five Auditors with ISO Elements listed next to their number for
which they had the main responsibility to review during the Audit. Although the Auditors
had responsibility in the specific elements, they also asked generic questions (i.e.,
Quality Records, Training, Quality Policy, Management Responsibility, etc.).
Since it was difficult to extract the notes element by element, this is an attempt to
break out by the elements into five sub-groups. Take note that elements 11 and 14 were
reviewed by more than one Auditor.
