Comments to MSFC Documents:
If you have a comment, concern, and/or identify a deficiency to a Marshall Management System document (that is not in the revision review process), report the deficiency in accordance with MPR 1280.4, MSFC Corrective Action System, and MWI 1280.4, MSFC Quality System Deficiency Notice System. This process is not intended to negate the individual’s responsibility to resolve issues through normal management channels. The OPR’s name is listed for each document within the MSFC Management Directives Master List by selecting "Responsible Office".
For Marshall Management System documents that are in the revision review process, you must submit your comments through your Directives Control Board (DCB) member. DCB members are listed in the DCB Charter which can be found on the Marshall Integrated Document Library (MIDL) under "Directives Control Process" then "Directives Control Board" then "Membership". E-mail notices are sent to all employees that draft documents are accessible for review.
